Chery Remains China’s Largest Auto Exporter for 19 Consecutive Years

However, Chery sold 961,926 vehicles, a 37 percent year-on-year rise in sales and a record-breaking total for the Chinese automobile manufacturer.

Chery exported 269,154 automobiles out of its roughly 1 million vehicles sold last year, a 136.3 percent increase over the previous year’s exports. As a result, Chery has been the top exporter of Chinese passenger cars for 19 years.

It boasts a worldwide user base of over 10 million people and 1.95 million users outside China. Chery claims its worldwide success to the “Pro/Plus” line of models, which provides more aesthetics and functionality than its standard lineup.

Chery and Ghandhara recently introduced the Tiggo-4 Pro and Tigg-8 Pro models to launch a new line of passenger cars in Pakistan. It was stated during the occasion that Chery plans to debut at least 6/7 additional models in the nation, including sedans and electric cars, in the following 2/3 years. As part of Chery’s aim to expand into new markets, the company is launching a new line of automobiles in China.
