GMA’s Rob Marciano was left lying in the snow after making a face while skiing.
The popular weatherman, 54, has been enjoying some winter sports amid his recent absence from the morning show.

Marciano was about to tackle a dusting of fresh snow in Colorado Springs as his girlfriend Linda began filming him.
He said: “I will capture this special moment… without pressure.”
Marciano shouted “Let’s go” but barely moved as he was seen lying face down moments later.
One of the ski poles was seen sticking out of the snow after being wedged.
Both Linda and the weatherman were laughing uncontrollably following his blunder.
He said: “This is the most amazing thing. Full documentation – in camera.”
Marciano captioned the clip: “When you hear ‘I’ll record it, no pressure’ before a dust.”
He later revealed in the comments section that the snow tasted like champagne.

The hilarious moment left Marciano’s Instagram followers in hysterics.
Javi Morgado, CNN’s executive producer, joked, “At least it wasn’t live on Good Morning America.”
Weather Channel meteorologist Stephanie Abrams said, “One of those moments where you’re like, I wish somebody would have it on video and did it.”
And another fan said: “I could watch this 100X just to hear that laugh.”
Other viewers claimed that Marciano “nailed” the face plant and said the dramatic moment was “in principle”.
One Instagram user joked: “A little snow on the face is good for the snow.”
It comes after Marciano shared a video of his son Mason, four, screaming as he went down a slope.
The young man yelled into the camera as he zoomed in on the snowy mountain.
But the weatherman wasn’t far behind as he was in hot pursuit of his boy.
The meteorologist shared a video of their descent on his Instagram Story, captioning it: “Mason’s victory scream with 200lb daddy coming in hot (sic).”
She also posted a snap of them posting next to their rings, writing: ‘#tubetime’.
The star had shared several photos from his recent winter getaway to Vermont’s Stratton Mountain.
Marciano shares children Mason and Madelynn with ex-wife Eryn.

Marciano was spotted having fun in the snow – just days after reporting on the deadly floods in California.
