Hilaria Baldwin flashed cold stares as she picked up her children after school on Thursday, hours after it was announced that her husband Alec Baldwin could be jailed for five years.
Hilaria stared straight ahead with a serious, determined look as she pushed past photographers to pick up the seven children she shares with the actor from an SUV double-parked outside their Greenwich Village home.
The yoga teacher – who has faced scrutiny for allegedly faking her Spanish accent and heritage – had the hood of her brown sweatshirt, which read ‘Man’, pulled over her head as she stormed out. She also sported crocodile-print leggings and black bejeweled slippers.
Just hours earlier, New Mexico prosecutors charged Baldwin with two counts of involuntary manslaughter for accidentally shooting filmmaker Halina Hutchins on the set of the movie “Rust” last year.
The film’s armour, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, has also been hit with the same accusations.
Baldwin maintains that he did not know there was a real bullet inside the prop gun when he fired it. Hutchins died shortly after she was shot.

“If any of these three people – Alec Baldwin, Hannah Gutierrez-Reid or David Halls – had done their job, Halina Hutchins would be alive today. It’s that simple,” said Special Prosecutor Andrea Reeb.
If convicted, Baldwin could face up to five years in prison.
According to his attorney, Baldwin plans to fight the manslaughter charges, arguing that it was not his fault that the gun was loaded with fatal bullets.
