How to Post to Multiple Groups on Facebook

If you wish to post the same message to many Facebook groups, you must be an admin of each one. In this article, we’ll teach you how to use a third-party source to share a movie with more than one Facebook group and the guidelines for doing so.

How Do I Post to Multiple Groups on Facebook?

To share a video with numerous groups on Facebook simultaneously, you must be the admin of each group to which you intend to forward the video.

If you are not an administrator in the group to which you intend to transmit the video, you will violate Facebook’s terms of service and may be banned.

If you are the administrator of each group, you can use a tool like PostCron to post to all of them at once. This is how.

  • Open the app, sign in or create an account, and click the green + symbol at the upper right.
  • Select Facebook.
  • Select Facebook Groups and add all of the groups to which you want to post simultaneously (of which you are an admin).
  • You must now add PostCron as an app to your group page. PostCron will provide a pop-up where you may pick the group page, then click Add App to access the group page’s settings.
  • Search for and pick PostCron from the Group applications settings page.
  • In the pop-up, select Add.
  • After you’ve done this for each group, you wish to publish, return to PostCron and select Scheduled Posts from the sidebar.
  • All of your associated group pages will be displayed in the top-right corner. To pick all of them, click on them all at once.
  • Create the Post you want to upload to all groups in the Write your post text box.
  • When you’re complete, click Schedule or the down arrow next to it to pick Post Now. The Post will be shared with each of the groups you have chosen.

Can I Share to More Than One Group at a Time On Facebook?

This is achievable with third-party apps like the one described above. However, you must ensure that you only post to groups where you are an administrator. If you post to numerous groups that you do not manage simultaneously, you are violating Facebook’s Terms of Service.

If you use a third-party app to achieve this, your account may be suspended. That is why it is critical to ensure that you are only mass-posting to groups in which you are an admin. In such a situation, you are free to publish to as many of your groups as you like.

To share a post with groups, you don’t administer, use the Share option on the Post itself one at a time.
