How to restart Samsung Galaxy 

  1. Press and hold both the power and volume down buttons until the power menu appears.
  2. On this screen, you will see three options; choose the Restart icon in the middle.
  3. Tap ‘Restart’ again to confirm that you wish to restart the device.

You can also restart your device via the Quick Settings menu.

  • From the top of the screen, swipe down.
  • Swipe down a second time and tap the power symbol, which is located in the top right area next to the search icon.
  • You will see three options; select the Restart option in the middle.
  • Tap Restart again to indicate that you wish to restart the device.
