The Warriors lead the series 3-2, so a win on Friday night would conclude the series and send them to the Western Conference Finals.
They had a chance to win Game 5 on the road against the Grizzlies, but they were blasted away.
The Grizzlies have been without their finest player. All-Star point guard Ja Morant suffered a knee injury at the end of Game 3.
The series winner will face either the Phoenix Suns or the Dallas Mavericks for a chance to go to the NBA Finals.
After the Mavericks won Game 6 on Thursday night, the series is knotted at 3-3.
On Sunday, they will play Game 7 of their series in Arizona.
If the Grizzlies defeat the Warriors on Friday night, a Game 7 will be held in Tennessee.
