Kartik Aaryan reacted to the comparisons of his performance in the upcoming movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Akshay Kumar, who was the lead in the film’s first installment.
He was asked if he was under pressure to do well in the sequel because Akshay’s performance in the first film was seen as one of his best. The trailer for the movie was released at the same time.
Asked not to compare himself to someone who was 31, the 31-year-old said, “I didn’t want to make this comparison.” People should not do that.
“I liked Akshay in Bhool Bhulaiyaa. I thought he was very funny.” When I was younger, we all used to watch him. “It’s better not to compare us,” he said.
The actor added: “We’ve taken that world from the previous film, but everything else is new, and we made it for our movie.” I hope people will enjoy it in the new, dynamic world we have made with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
“Comparisons will be made, but I hope people will remember this film independently,” he said.
The movie stars Kiara Advani, Tabu, and Rajpal Yadav. There is a date set for the movie to come out in 2022.
