Saudi Labor Attaché Majid Bakr bin Idris Bakr on Saturday held a comprehensive meeting with International Labor Organization (ILO) Director Geir T. Tonstol to further improve cooperation and coordination in the labor sector.
ILO Senior Program Officer Syed Saghir Bukhari was also present on the occasion, a statement said.
Both officials also exchanged their views on the challenges facing the sector.
Majid Bakr thanked the Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki for his support, interest and attendance and also thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development who greatly supported the labor following. It is worth noting that Saudi Arabia is a valid member of the IOC Governing Body from 2021.
